The Rooms<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]All six rooms have a fabulous view of the Luttik Oudorp canal, the local cheesemarket or (the rooftops of) the beautiful city center.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Each room has a comfortable H\u00e4stens double bed (1.80 x 2.10m), a fluffy duvet from White CLoudz, linen bedding from Passion for Linen, warm cotton or woolen plaids from MLFabrics, real soft cotton towels from House in Style, a handy work\/breakfast table, a cozy seating area, a nicely filled\u00a0 small fridge (please let us know the next morning which drinks from the minibar you enjoyed), an electric kettle, tea mugs from Urban Nature Culture and tea, a glass carafe and wine\/water glasses from Urban Nature Culture, a brocante wardrobe and a spacious open bathroom with a separate toilet. Five rooms have a large freestanding bathtub and all six rooms have a large walk-in rain shower.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Two of the six rooms have a comfortable pullout sofa couch that can be made into a French bed (1.30×2.00 meters) and will fit one or two children (until 16 yesr old). An extra cot for a baby is available.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]We provide free WIFI in the rooms, along with the use of an IPad-pro to watch TV and\/or movies. Or you might use it to search the internet for fun activities in the area.<\/p>\n

In addition, each room has a hairdryer and wonderful bathroom products from Marie Stella Maris.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

LUTTIK is located in a monumental centuries-old building in the middle of the old city. This is of course beautiful, but has the consequence that the stairs at LUTTIK are quite narrow and steep. There is no elevator.<\/p>\n

There is no air conditioning in our historic building. However, each room has a fan.<\/p>\n

The location in the middle of the lively city center also means that city noises cannot be kept out completely.<\/p>\n

Beautiful apartment in special Alkmaar-monument<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”transparent” up=”20″ down=”0″][vc_column_text]This very special, attractive apartment is located in the unique Alkmaar national monument ‘Het Huis met de Kogel’, directly opposite Boutique Hotel LUTTIK.<\/p>\n

The apartment has a private entrance and is located on the first, second and third floors of the building.<\/p>\n

On the first floor you will find a hall with coat rack and a cozy double bedroom (Kingsize Hastens bed (180-210), possibly made up as two single beds) with stained glass windows and a view of the old city. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet and washing machine space.<\/p>\n

On the second floor you enter the lovely living room with beamed ceiling. There is a nice linen sofa bed (2 persons) in the sitting area, a TV, a desk, a six-person dining table and an open kitchen with Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator.<\/p>\n

On the spacious third (attic) floor there is a beautiful large double bedroom with a king-size Hastens bed (180-210), free-standing bath, a sink and separate toilet. From this room you have a great view over the famous Alkmaarse Waag and the cheese market.<\/p>\n

Het Huis met de Kogel is a centuries-old monument with steep, narrow stairs (with irregular narrow steps) and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility problems.<\/p>\n
